I was actually able to get a company out of Sacramento to come today (Saturday) because waiting until the 19th was too far off and they were willing to make the trip up here the day after contacting them, Friday. They were able to fix it, and relatively quickly and easily and at a reasonable price. It was a cracked elbow joint, or pipe. I just want to thank you for taking my problem seriously and respectfully. I will hold your company in high regard for that, especially if ever asked for recommendations, even though you didn’t do the job here. Your customer service was excellent and that goes much further than perhaps it’s given credit for. Good workmanship means nothing if the customer service is bad. You get 5 stars for outstanding customer service.

Had a leaking sprinkler head in my bedroom and had to turn off house water due to too much mess. Called a few other local businesses only to find out they don’t do residential, found foothill fire protection on and Terry got me a technician at my house in half an hour.. Head was replaced and got my house water on right away, quick fix and happy wife, can’t beat that. Even worked with me on the price since these fixes aren’t cheap. I recommend them to anyone looking for an elite and quick service. Thank you again.

We use Foothill Fire for fire sprinkler protection because they are consistent in all of these attributes. In fact, we have a long-standing working relationship with Foothill Fire, because those attributes have been present for years now.

I have worked with many different fire protection vendors. So many companies do not give us the required reports, don’t follow NFPA guidelines, and are difficult at best to get a hold of when there is a problem. I am so grateful that Foothill makes my job so much easier.

Needless to say, my move-in did not go as planned and I was devastated. Foothill Fire came out to inspect. Scott came to me and said “you’ve had a bad day so far. I’m going to try to make it a little easier...no charge for our services”. To treat someone you have never met with that kindness is the epitome of caring customer service. I will recommend Foothill Fire Protection to anyone and everyone who needs fire protection services. They came in quickly, assessed what needed to be done and cared about the people in the home. Phenomenal service, phenomenal company.
