I work in commercial property management, and let me tell you this: My owner is particular in the vendors we use for our many properties. They have to work hard, follow through, communicate effectively, stay on top of projects and bill fairly. We use Foothill Fire for fire sprinkler protection because they are consistent in all of these attributes. In fact, we have a long-standing working relationship with Foothill Fire, because those attributes have been present for years now. I have worked with many different fire protection vendors. So many companies do not give us the required reports, don’t follow NFPA guidelines, and are difficult at best to get a hold of when there is a problem. I am so grateful that Foothill makes my job so much easier. I highly recommend them.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Today was my move-in date at my newly purchased condo. As the movers were packing up my things to bring over, an electrical fire started at the new home. Needless to say, my move-in did not go as planned and I was devastated. Foothill Fire came out to inspect. Scott came to me and said “you’ve had a bad day so far. I’m going to try to make it a little easier...no charge for our services”. To treat someone you have never met with that kindness is the epitome of caring customer service. I will recommend Foothill Fire Protection to anyone and everyone who needs fire protection services. They came in quickly, assessed what needed to be done and cared about the people in the home. Phenomenal service, phenomenal company.

I’ve had the pleasure of having Scott come to my home twice now under a not so good circumstance but he’s such a terrific guy that his visit almost makes it worth it. (I said almost, Scott) Anyways, Scott is definitely a huge asset to the company. He’s knowledgeable, considerate (he even vacuumed up the mess) and he goes above and beyond the scope of what anyone would normally expect from a fire sprinkler repair guy.
